CNC Machining, CNC Milling and Turning, Welding Fabrication, Brazing, Tube Bending, Surface Grinding, Jig Boring, Power Presswork, Woodworking, Paint Finishing, Powder Painting and Wet Spray including Pre-treatment. Working in a variety of materials from Mild steel, Alloy’s, Tool steel, Stainless steel, Cast iron, Titanium, Copper, Brass, structural plastics through to timber, we can machine a comprehensive range. Following on from Pressings from our Press Shop Facilities we are able to complete fabrication of batch work and volume production runs utilising Robotic welding and manual skilled MiG, TiG, welding and Brazing capabilities. We are also able to produce report cases and complete inspection data on the tools or jigs we produce. All produced under BS EN ISO 9001:2008 conditions
