Review of Service from Rayfount Ltd

After ordering various small amounts of printing from Buy my Print I decided to use them for a large amount of brochures and flyers as I thought their service had been good and they provided value for money. I ordered 500 DL brochures on 300 gsm card with 2 variations of artwork and one gillotine line and one score. I ended up with the 250 paper brochures and 250 card, with perforations instead of a gillotine line and when I took them back I got told to take my business elsewhere as I am criticising their work and everything they had done for me so far had been wrong in my eyes. I have never been made to feel so small in all my life, especially when it genuinely had been their mistake (emails to prove). As a consumer I feel I have the right to take something back if it is not right and as a small business owner I would never dream of treating my customers like this. I would not recommend this printers to anyone
